[Updated] Typhoon Rammasun’s Aftermath

At least 51 dead, more than 1 million individuals affected. Tens of thousands lost their homes and livelihood, and without power. New tropical storm Matmo (Henry) is forecast to hit the country on Saturday. We are in consultation with pastors and ministry leaders in affected areas.   • 7 areas placed under a state of calamity: the provinces of Bataan, Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur and Cavite, the city of Muntinlupa and Gumaca town in Quezon
  • 40 dead
  • 4 missing
  • More than 1 million individuals or 1,006,360 people were affected
  • Tens of thousands lost their homes and livelihood
  • Hundreds of thousands without power
  • 525,791 persons in evacuation centers
  • New cyclone moving closer to the country
